Carl Coan is an experienced saxophone, clarinet and jazz improvisation instructor. He attended “Berklee College of Music” and has a saxophone performance Masters Degree from Indiana University. Carl has written one John Coltrane Transcription book, two Michael Brecker transcription books for Hal Leonard Publishers and is a twenty year playing veteran of the music scene. His teaching styles include theory, songwriting, rock, jazz, classical, etc.
